To do something no one else is doing or is brave enough to do.

And you don’t even have to be super brave.

You can be a little brave because your competitors are scared.

How do I know?

I look at ton of marketing in a tone of industries and it all looks and sounds the same.

It’s weak, safe marketing.

But all safe does is keep you safe.

It doesn’t win the hearts and minds of people who will pay you money and becoming your loyal fans.

Here’s a simple way to begin being brave.

Look at all the messaging and claims made in your market.

Write them all done.

Does anything stand out? Probably not.

Now ask yourself what can I do to make my messaging and claims stronger than these?

In a way that the customers you want will appreciate and respond to.

Like I said earlier, you only need to be a little braver than your competition.

But the more you are willing to push the brave button, the more likely you are to stand out and dominate your market.

That’s the purpose of marketing.

To win hearts, minds and wallets.
