Every like is a little hit of dopamine. It makes us feel good.

So what does this mean for marketers?

It’s simple. Show clients and potential clients that we deeply appreciate them. You have to really mean it though. Fake is easy to spot.

Run all your marketing against this question. Does this show deep appreciation for my current and future clients?

If not fix it before investing any money in it.
