Do you care about your clients?
Almost no one will say no to this question. But some of you are lying.
Here’s how I know.
When you speak with them you are focused on what you can get.
When you write your sales copy you talk about you.
When you have them as a client you forget to develop the relationship and instead chase the next one with a wallet.
When you listen to them you are thinking about what you will say next not what they are saying.
It happens to all of us, if we’re being honest. But we have to learn not to do these things.
The ultimate business success comes when you care more deeply about your client’s success than anything else.
Every business has a choice to make. Do you want to pay lip service to this principle? Or do you want to embody it in everything you do?
