Here’s what I mean.
Typically, when we speak with clients we think we know everything. We know our products well. We know how we like to do business. We know what they client needs. Or do we?
This common approach has a lot of assumptions built into it.
What we really need to do is strip away everything we think we know and show up before the client naked. That is without all these unnecessary assumptions.
Only then do we have a chance to see them as they really are. See what they really need and be able to serve them at the highest level.
