Here’s a clue. It has to do with what happens when we get busy IN our business.
We forget to work ON our business. Before you know it years go by and you haven’t got to where you want to be.
So the one thing is make a date and time to work ON your business each week. Put it in your calendar. Commit to it. Nothing should stop you form keeping except something like a medical emergency (I hope not).
You can work on anything to do with you business in this time. But my suggestions are marketing and systems.
The better your marketing the more clients you have. The better your systems the more reliable your service is. Plus you can free up your time to spend more time working ON the business or have more leisure time.
