If you weren’t you wouldn’t even notice.
That’s why everyone is quietly, or not so quietly, seeking validation.
The loud voices shouting controversial things. Seeking validation.
The single parent juggling too many balls. Needs validation.
The person posting on LinkedIn. You got it, needs validation.
It’s human. It’s hardwired. It’s an irresistible force.
Remember this as you create your marketing.
If you validate where the person is right now they’ll listen to what you have to say.
